Foundation Training is a type of corrective exercise designed to help heal and strengthen the body. Since Foundation is all bodyweight postures and movements it can be done anytime, anywhere with no equipment necessary. Learn to take stress off the joints and put it in the muscles where it belongs. All you need to bring is yourself and a mat or towel.
